Winner of the Inaugural Progress Prize Announced

Industrial Design student wins honourable mention at the Global Grad Show, the acclaimed annual exhibition of life-changing inventions from graduates of the world's leading design and technology universities.

Congrats to NUS Division of Industrial Design (NUSDID) alumnus Kevin Chiam for being highlighted as honourable mentions for the Inaugural Progress Prize - which celebrates the next generation of design - and coming in top 10 out of 200 submissions from 92 universities at the 2017 Dubai Global Grad Show! Projects by Alex, and Xin Yuan, also NUS School of Design & Environment DID alumni, were also featured at the show. And a big thank you to Head of Division of Industrial Design, Assoc. Professor Christian Gilles Boucharenc and Senior Designer Mr. Willie Tay who led the trio to take part in one of the world's most emerging design show case.
