to the NUS Cities Symposium

The NUS Cities Symposium is a gathering of researchers, agencies, NGOs, the industry, and students to share and exchange ideas on a more science-based approach to making cities more sustainable, resilient, and liveable. Graced by the Second Minister for National Development, Ms. Indranee Rajah and opened by our NUS President Prof. Tan Eng Chye, the Symposium features a slate of experts over 2 full days on various exciting topics such as affordability and inclusivity, technology in sustainability, climate resilience, complexity science, and the science and art of cities. Speakers include CEO of HDB, Mr. Tan Meng Dui, CEO of MPA, Mr. Teo Eng Dih, and Fellow of CLC, Prof. Khoo Teng Chye. There will also be a young leaders' panel featuring up-and-coming professors, and a students' panel showcasing projects and insights.

Join us at NUS University Town Stephen Riady Centre UTown Auditorium 2 on 31 August and virtually on 1 September for an engaging time of discussion and showcase, as we examine how we may play our part collectively to transform cities in a sustainable and resilient way towards greater liveability.
