Rate the severity and likelihood of the hazards identified individually

Camera Tool

ssr1
  • Use the mouse wheel to zoom in and outand frame the item within the yellow frame
  • Ensure item is highlighted in redand left-click to capture
ssr2
  • Drag the captured image to the correct folder
  • Correct folder:+10 points
  • Wrong folder:-5 points
  • Red herring:-5 points
ssr3
    • Answer MCQ and get immediate feedback
    • Only one chance

Phone Tool

ssr4

  • Call in to the office to verify the Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Work Permit

Map Tool

ssr6
    • Teleport to different locations
    • Hover the areas for hints/clues
