Programme Fees for students admitted from AY2027/2028 (August intake) onwards

Master of Architecture (2 Years – Non NUS Student)

The full programme fee for Academic Year 2027/2028 (August intake) onwards is $98,100 (inclusive of GST). Programme fees are reviewed yearly, and thus, subject to revisions. The payment schedule, due on the first week of every semester, is as follows:

For Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, NUS Alumni (regardless of citizenship).

 

*40% of $10,900 acceptance fee (i.e., $4,360) will be reflected under “GD Coursework Fee Rebate” in the student bill to offset the 1st semester of tuition fee.

Applicants from the ASEAN countries will be further considered for the inaugural DoA Graduate Futures Fellowship scholarship.

 

• The fees listed are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of 9% GST from 2024 onwards.
• A non-refundable application fee of $163.50 (inclusive of GST) must accompany your online application.
• The course fees are payable in instalments over regular semesters, notwithstanding that the student may withdraw from the course at any point during the academic year.
• A non-refundable and non-transferable acceptance fee is payable upon acceptance of offer. The acceptance fee will be credited towards your programme fees only, not including Miscellaneous Student Fees (MSF).
• A late payment fee will be imposed if you have outstanding fees after the fee payment due date.
• All students are charged the Miscellaneous Student Fees (MSF). The MSF payable are set out here. MSF is payable for every regular semester, subject to prevailing rates.
• The University reserves all rights to review and adjust fees and make changes to the programme structure and requirements as necessary and accordingly without prior notice.
