Educating the public about science during the COVID-19 pandemic helps society to differentiate facts from misinformation. The NUS Science Communications workshop that was organised on 5th February 2021 trained scientists in using words, visuals and even the Hokkien dialect to engage their community effectively. This workshop is supported by the International Brain Research Organisation and NUS.
