PhD student clinches IPMC (International Precision Medicine Center) Prize 2017 in Seoul, Korea, on 19 January

Ms Lim Su Bin is recognised for her research which focuses on the microfluidic chip and is the world’s first in using microfluidic flow to isolate selected cancer cells for single cell analysis. She received 3,000,000 won worth of prize money as support for global commercialisation, as well as the opportunity to present at the 2017 IPMC Conference. Further plans are in the work to commercialise the microfluidic chip for single cell analysis.
