Dr. Andy Tay, Presidential Young Professor, is one the awardees of the Journal of NanoBiotechnology (JNB) Rising Star. The “JNB Rising Star Award” recognizes outstanding and interdisciplinary scientific achievements in nanobiotechnology by a young independent researcher.
