Research Interest:

  • Biomedical imaging and artificial intelligence to better strategy the patients for proper treatment
  • Coronary computational modelling to investigate the coronary flow, pressure and fractional flow reserve (FFR) in coronary artery disease
  • Heart computational modelling to investigate the mechanism of cardiac dysfunction and dyssynchrony
  • Pre-clinical and clinical cardiac MRI to investigate right ventricular and pulmonary circulation in TOF and PAH
  • Clinical CT to assess calcium score, epicardial adipose tissue, stenosis and plaque by AI
  • Cardiovascular ageing – underlying atrial and vascular stiffness and metabolomics
