Freshket is a food supply chain start-up that provides fresh and dry goods to food establishments all around Bangkok. However, their existing route planner from a third-party solution provider does not effectively allocate riders for delivery and does not account for various vehicle payment schemes.

Thus, in this project we implemented a customisable, in-house route planning system that significantly reduces necessity for manual route adjustments. It optimises delivery costs based on various vehicle payment scheme, and generates comprehensive route plans that are optimised to Freshket’s vehicle payment scheme by taking in data for orders to be delivered on that day and riders that are available for delivery.
