On 24 October 2023, the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering & Management invited Mr Duncan Klett, Co-Founder and Fellow of Kinaxis, to give a seminar titled “The Future of Supply Chain Management”. Kinaxis is a world-renowned supply chain management company; most of its clients are large, multinational companies such as Honeywell, Ford, and Qualcomm, spanning various industries including aerospace & defense, automotive, high tech, life sciences, etc.
In the seminar, Mr Klett shared with our faculty and graduate students a comprehensive primer on supply chains, along with his perspective on how supply chain management will evolve in the next decade.
