Dr. Francis TAY is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National University of Singapore. Dr. Tay is the Deputy Director (Industry) for the Centre of Intelligent Products and Manufacturing Systems, where he takes charge of research projects involving industry and the Centre. Dr. Tay was also the founding director of the Microsystems Technology Initiative (MSTI), and had established the Microsystems Technology Specialization.
