Student Support
Academic Advisory
You are assigned a professor to help you plan and navigate the options and pathways to your degree. Your academic advisor (aka mentor) can give you the guidance and resources to support your learning and career aspirations during your years with us, and even beyond.
Students are encouraged to approach their mentors for any problems they may encounter:

Career Advisory
We have dedicated career advisors to help you clinch that coveted internship or plan your career path. Find out about their services and other valuable career resources.
In addition, you can find career fairs, industry talks and visits to companies (some organised by our students from the NUS Society of Mechanical Engineering (SME)) throughout the year. Follow the NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates on Facebook or Instagram for the latest happenings!
Personal Support
Need a listening ear during difficult times? Our resident student support managers offer confidential consultations for your academic and personal concerns, and help you tap into the resources and support services available to you.
Student Accessibility Unit (SAU)
If you have special needs, the Student Accessibility Unit (SAU)Â can help facilitate arrangements for assistance, including accessibility and transportation, internships and employment, as well as scholarships and bursaries.
