  • Super-resolution microscopy: optical instrumentation, interferometry, single-molecule analysis.
  • Optical bioimaging: bioimage informatics, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Force generation, force transmission, and force sensing at the molecular scale in biological systems.
  • Mechanobiology of Cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions
