Adjunct Senior Lecturer |
| Randall supports startups, SMEs and corporates in defining “what’s next and how” through ideation and experimentation. His overall objective is to develop innovative talent and resources that can deliver next level innovations.
Randall has broad experience across industries and company verticals based on his previous engagements as innovation director at MetLife (LumenLab), university senior lecturer at the National University of Singapore and senior consultant at Capgemini Consulting. Within the ASEAN startup community, Randall is involved as a startup co-founder (Structo), and instructor and mentor in various accelerator and venture building programmes. He focuses on customer discovery and validation, product development, operational setup and growth strategy. Randall holds a BSc. in International Business Administration and MSc. in Strategic Management from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam. He holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore. |
