Opportunities at the Institute for Engineering Leadership, NUS 

We are always on the look out for talented & motivated NUS students to undertake projects that will help us build an innovative and entrepreneurial leadership community! We are looking for students to:

  1. Help build our database of contacts to stakeholder communities including student groups, associations, relevant interest groups etc. Scope of work would involve desktop research and contact administration. This would require people who LOVE digging for info, are curious, persistent, detail-oriented, and would not mind making cold-calls to verify information!
  2. Assist in our community engagement This would require people with experience in event administration. We are looking for students who love interacting/meeting new people, have some experience in event administration and can multi-task!
  3. Research and write articles for us on student experiences, identified engineering or tech projects. Different writing styles would be needed for different projects – from informal short pieces for the web/social media, structured interviews and case studies. We are looking for people with a variety of writing experiences and with background in tech/science/engineering. Writers would also be expected to take photos where required for the articles as well as validate information for case studies.
  4. Help reach out through our website, social media and collaterals including develop outreach plans through various platforms, design collaterals, and maintaining our various sites. Experience with WordPress, FB, LinkedIn and IG and familiarity with standard design software is a must.
