On 2 April 2024, students from Republic Polytechnic were warmly received by the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management. The visit, hosted by Prof Adam Ng, Dr Li Haobin, and Chen Hongdan, featured a guided tour through our ISE Simulation Lab and the Centre of Excellence in Modelling and Simulation for Next Generation Ports (C4NGP), offering insights into our cutting-edge projects and the vital role of Digital Twin in industrial systems.
Participants had the unique opportunity to engage with our researchers Shao Changying, Liu Mengya, Steve Yeo and Chu Xin on advanced AR and VR technologies within our research center, C4NGP. We send our best wishes to all of the students for their academic pursuits and hope their visit offered a brief yet enriching experience.
