The identifier portrays the Institute’s mission to create a balanced coastal boundary to protect Singapore from the impacts of climate change. It illustrates the different resiliency strategies and solutions the Institute will research along the interface between the urban landscape and water. The grid further symbolises the smart and technological solutions, while the gradient alludes to the soft and nature-driven implementations.
