ECE Department receives the Commitment Award for Safety & Health

The NUSSHA 2020 Commitment Award was presented to ECE Department in March 2021 to recognize the Department’s efforts in the implementation of its effective Department Safety and Health Management System (DSHMS) that would help to reduce accidents and incidents in workplaces.

The Commitment Award validated ECE Department’s commitment in up-keeping a sound DSHMS to maintain an overall safe and healthy working environment in the Department lead by the Safety Committee.

ECE Department will continue to enhance its current SHMS, to inculcate positive, safety and health culture in our ECE community. Strengthening our DSHMS, with collective efforts from all its stakeholders will then enable us to participate in the future NUSSHA accreditation, and in achieving new heights of safety and health excellence.
