The Development of an Automatic Speech Recognition Prototype

The project aims to develop an automatic speech recognition system to support the transcription of call centre telephony speech. The system also performs automatic form-filling through telephone conversations in English and supports English-Mandarin code-switch speech. Text transcription can be used for text analytics and information retrieval.
