PhD/M.Eng
The entry requirement for admission as a Master of Engineering candidate is a good bachelor's degree. For admission as a Doctor of Philosophy candidate, a Master's degree is normally required. In both cases, the candidate must show the ability to pursue research in the proposed field of advanced study.
For the M. Eng. degree, the period of candidature ranges from 1 to 3 years, while that for the Ph.D. degree ranges from 2 to 5 years.
Financial support is currently available for suitably qualified candidates.
