Nano Energy Laboratory
The Nano Energy Laboratory is located at Engineering Block 3, Level 1 to facilitate the teaching and research needs in the multi-disciplinary technical area of microelectronic technologies and devices, especially in the field of Materials Synthesis, Processing and Fabrication, and Materials characterisation.
Lab Activities
Catalysis
Synthesis of catalytic and interfacial tailored heterogeneous nanostructures for clean fuel.
Soft matter mechatronics
Integration of multi component functions and embodied intelligence systems.
Nanogenerator
Ambient Energy Harvesting.
Facilities:
The lab has a wide-range of facilities and instrumentation available for cutting edge research in the interdisciplinary field of nanoscience. These facilities, which are available to group members, are summarized within three major categories as follows:
