IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Distinguished Lecturer (DL) for 2019 and 2020

Associate Professor Zhang Rui received 2 Distinguished Lectureships in 2018 from the IEEE Signal Processing Society and the IEEE Communications Society, each with a 2-year appointment from 2019 to 2020, in recognition of his outstanding research contributions to both societies. The IEEE Distinguished Lecturer (DL) Program provides financial support and access to individuals who are well-known educators and authors in their fields of research to travel and lecture at Chapter meetings of the IEEE society that appoints the DL.
