New Faculty Appointment_Professor Lim Yeow Kheng – Electrical and Computer Engineering

Professor Lim Yeow Kheng joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering as an Professor (Practice) on 30 December 2020 after accumulating more than 15 years of industrial experience in microelectronics which include of chip packaging technology for 5G and smart automotive control systems. Prior to joining NUS, he was a Deputy Director in STATS ChipPAC Pte Ltd. He started his career at GlobalFoundries Singapore as an engineer in 2001 and subsequently joined STATS ChipPAC Pte Ltd as Deputy Director in 2011.
