NUS researchers develop a novel method for visualizing current induced spin accumulation using scanning photovoltage microscopy

Direct visualization of current induced spin accumulation in strong spin-orbit coupling materials such as topological insulators prompts a better understanding of the spin texture in materials and will contribute to easier way of developing spintronics devices.
