Qi Liu received his B.E. degree in Measuring & Control Technology and Instrumentations in 2013, M.Sc. degree in Control Science and Engineering in 2016, both from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, SAR, in 2019. From 2018 to 2019, he was a visiting Ph.D. student at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of California, Davis, CA. Currently, He is a Research Fellow of the HLT lab in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore. His research interests broadly lie in robust compressed sensing, machine learning, nonconvex optimization and their applications on signal processing, sparse signal recovery, image denoising/inpainting, parameter estimation, DOA estimation and MIMO radar.
