Rui Liu is an Affiliated Research Fellow of HLT lab at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore, and a Research fellow at the SUTD, Singapore. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Inner Mongolia University, China in 2020.  From 2019 to 2020, He was an exchange Ph.D. student at HLT lab. His research interests mainly focus on expressive speech synthesis based on deep learning methods.
