New Faculty Appointment : Dr. Zhao Lin – Electrical and Computer Engineering

A very warm welcome to Dr. Zhao Lin who has just joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering as an Assistant Professor.

Dr. Zhao Lin received his M.S. in Mathematics and Ph.D. in ECE at The Ohio State University, USA, and a B.S. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, China. Before joining NUS, he was a research scientist at Aptiv Pittsburgh Technology Center working on autonomous vehicles. He was an intern at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory working on smart grid optimization. Dr. Zhao joins the Control, Intelligent and Robotics (CISR) Area in ECE Department to focus on control, optimization, and learning theories, with applications to multi-agent systems and UAVs.
