Prof Ang Kah Wee Appointed Associate Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Electron Device Letters

Professor Ang Kah Wee from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National University of Singapore has been appointed Associate Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Electron Device Letters (EDL), a leading international journal in the field of electron devices and semiconductor technology.

Published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), IEEE Electron Device Letters is widely recognised for disseminating high-impact, cutting-edge research in areas such as semiconductor devices, nanoelectronics, and emerging electronic technologies. The journal plays a critical role in advancing innovation within the global electronics and semiconductor community.

As Associate Editor-in-Chief, Prof Ang will contribute to shaping the journal’s editorial direction and upholding its standards of excellence, while supporting the review and publication of pioneering research in the field.
